Job Description

• Help in writing and applying research projects and coordinate research activities of staffs.
• Help in writing and applying research grant and research proposals within the contextual scope of work of the organization and do periodic reporting of acquired grants.
• Help interpret results of research projects and facilitate in publishing papers indexed in referred international and national journals, including conference abstracts.
• Facilitate in managing various projects and keep necessary data, information, logs, photos etc.
• Help manage existing academic and educational programs, CMA/CPD program conceptualize/ develop newer programs for better service advancement.
• Undertake a record keeping system and ensure it is in line with organization's policy.
• Help in coordinating between administrative, clinical and rehabilitation service units.
• Help to keep records of students, their orientation, posting, progress and provide them with necessary certificate.
• Facilitate in managing and implementing project activities.
• Support to plan, design and deliver project activities.
• Actively contribute to engagement are in report writing.
• Provide Support to monitoring and evaluation team with actively tracking and monitoring, data collection, as required.
• Help prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
