Job Description:
- Coordinate and oversee academic activities, including scheduling classes and managing student progress
- Develop and execute events related to the preparation center, including workshops, competitions, and seminars
- Work with the marketing team to recruit new students and promote classes
- Assist the academic director in creating and implementing academic policies
- Monitor the performance of teachers and provide support when necessary
- Ensure that the center's facilities, including the classrooms and computer labs, are maintained to a high standard
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Provide feedback to teachers on their performance and areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing and updating course materials and syllabuses.
- Develops, where required, proposals for new programs and events as marketing and promotional
