Job Summary: The Account Assistant is responsible for implementing and carrying out the daily bookkeeping of the regular accounting transactions.

Professional Pre-requisites:
- 1 year of experience in accounting
- Knowledge of Taxes and VAT
- Familiar with any accounting software
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Documentation skills to maintain institutional knowledge.
Preferences:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management (preferred in specialization in accounting).
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Need to prepare daily sales report and record it
- Entry of E-VAT and E-TDS in the website of Inland Revenue
- Petty cash expenses: allocation, monitoring, entry and reporting
- Makes payment entries and entries of cheque in the software
- Prepare monthly tax reports, payment & submission at IRD
- Reconciliation of Banks, Debtors/Creditors & others.
