Job Description:
- General Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including posting and recording expenses, income, and payments into accounting software
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile the books of accounts with the bank statements and online/card receipts to ensure accuracy
- Tax preparation assistance: Assist in preparing tax documents, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Inventory Management: Monitor and track inventory purchases & sales, ensuring proper accounting of stock and cost of goods sold
- Accounts payable: Ensure that bills are paid on time, and manage outgoing invoices
- Reporting Requirements: Preparation of reports as required by the management.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from or recognized institution
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
