• Experience of 3 years in corporate  house.
• Advanced knowledge in Tally Software, Saral Billing.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office package (especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills with ability to maintain vendor relationship.
• In-depth knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis and financial statements.
• Ability to develop dynamic financial tools and keep abreast of industry trends.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure maintaining healthy office environment.

Job Description:

• Recording Financial Transactions on a daily basis.
• Maintain Petty cash account.
• Preparing Financial Statements on a monthly basis.
• Reconciling of Bank accounts on a daily basis.
• Analyzing Financial Data.
• Preparing Budgets and Forecasts.
• Preparation VAT filing returns and making payments on a monthly basis.
• Preparation of salary sheet and disbursement in timely.
• Ensuring Compliance.
• Providing Financial Advice to the management.
• Vendors follow up on daily basis to control credit.
• Payments to local vendor and overseas on timely.
• Preparation of debtors and creditors report on weekly basis and report to the Management.
• Prepared documents for overseas payment and visit banks for wire transfer.
• Visit vendors for cheque collection if necessary.
• Underpin financial data secrecy and conduct database backups on daily basis.
