Responsibilities:
- Handle general office administrative duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
- Process and record all incoming and outgoing bank transactions accurately.
- Support the accounting department by entering financial data into the system.
- Provide support to management and other staff members as required.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are mandatory for this position.
