- Creating and processing invoices.
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable.
- Sending bills and invoices to clients.
- Tracking organization expenses.
- Processing refunds within time period.
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments.
- Prepare vouchers; carry out data entry in computerized accounting system, filing, handle petty cash, banking transactions, payments etc.
- Prepare payroll of the company and its related tasks.
- Prepare bank/ cash reconciliation and other financial statements as required.
- Duly deduction of tax from the employee, hired experts, logistics, transportations etc. as per the prevailing rules and regulation of the nation.
