Job Description:

  • Creating and processing invoices.
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable.
  • Sending bills and invoices to clients.
  • Tracking organization expenses.
  • Processing refunds within time period.
  • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments.
  • Prepare vouchers; carry out data entry in computerized accounting system, filing, handle petty cash, banking transactions, payments etc.
  • Prepare payroll of the company and its related tasks.
  • Prepare bank/ cash reconciliation and other financial statements as required.
  • Duly deduction of tax from the employee, hired experts, logistics, transportations etc. as per the prevailing rules and regulation of the nation.
