Qualification and skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles, preferably in the business and training sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of Nepal’s tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
- Ability to work independently, under high pressure and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
