5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
8. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Professional accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
2. Experience in handling payroll and tax matters.
3. Familiarity with financial reporting standards of Nepal.
