Job Description:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor actual performance against the budget.
• Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and manage employee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and prepare and file tax returns.
• Assist in the preparation for external audits and coordinate audit activities.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into the company's financial performance.
• Monitor and control company expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
