Job Description:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and monitor the company’s financial performance against them.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Manage the invoicing process, track payments, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to financial regulations and policies.
• Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and business growth strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial documents for external audits and liaise with auditors as required.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws.
