Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Reconcile inventory and perform inventory audits regularly
• Review and approve vendor invoices and process payments
• Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and procedures
• Utilize Tally software to maintain financial records and generate reports
• Assist with external audits and provide necessary support and documentation
• Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed.
