Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and growth plans.
- Develop and manage the company's budget, implement strategies to optimize costs, and ensure all department heads are staying within budget.
- Oversee the creation of regular financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and present findings and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- Oversee project-based billing and finance functions, including project billing, project reconciliation, and project finance status updates.
- Ensure the company is in compliance with all internal policies and relevant regulations. Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
- Lead and manage the finance team, provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and promote professional development.
- Financial analysts analyze financial statements, historical data, and market trends to assess the financial performance of a company. They prepare financial models and forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and provide insights into the company's financial position and future prospects.
- Assess and manage financial risks associated with investments, projects, or business operations. conduct risk analysis, evaluate potential mitigating strategies, and make recommendations to minimize risk exposure. They may also develop financial models to simulate the impact of different risk scenarios on investment outcomes.
- Fund Management/Cash Management / Cheque Management / Vendor Payment Management.
- Manage all Bank guarantee related with Vendor and Customer
- Supervise & coordinate all Accounts staff about data entry and checking invoice payments (PO, GRN, PI, SO, DO, SI), RTGs LC and other Operation Related Works By payment of imported materials, bank guarantees
- Provide related audit documents to auditors for quarterly audit reports and correcting, capitalizing unrelated expenses to related expenses head and finalizing documents for tax submission.
- Financial Reporting Like Projection Provisional, Preparation of Projected Cost and Submit to Bank for disbursement of loan, Preparation of monthly, quarterly report and submit to the Banks and Handling multi banking transaction, Manage bank guarantee – timely renewal issue received from customer, all Bank Related works.
