• Fund Raising from Venture Capitalist, Banks and other Investors.
• Create and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and recommend
• Manage the company's capital structure and funding requirements.
• Evaluate and execute capital-raising strategies.
• Ensure efficient cash flow management, monitoring cash reserves and liquidity.
• Implement strategies to optimize working capital and manage investment opportunities.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Build and maintain Banking Relationship.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks related to real estate investments and operations.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance and account department.
