Requirements:
1. Assisting in LC application, RTGS application preparation of documents relating to customs clearance.
2. Processing for Insurance of LC on the basis of each contract.
3. Preparation of cheques, cash deposit on daily basis and management of fund for loan settlement.
4. Report generation for sales team and managers on a daily basis.
5. Daily visits to banks, couriersoffice for speed post management, and IRD office on a timely basis.
6. Negotiating prices and contracts for local purchase of office equipment and supplies.
7. Assisting in submission of VAT, TDS of the company on a monthly basis.
8. Renewal of Insurance Policies of stocks, vehicles etc.
