- At least Bachelor’s degree in management
- 3-4 years of related experience
- Basic/Conceptual knowledge of book-keeping/accounting
- Preferably, having worked earlier in construction sector.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Posting/Updating entries into the system.
- Preparing daily/weekly reports and presenting to management.
- Reconciliation of balance with vendors/banks
- Filling of VAT Returns/timely vat payment
- Ensuring accounts are up-to-date and reports prepared reflects actual position of the company.
- Coordinating with site personnel regarding bills/payments
- Ensuring real time balance update in accounting system
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and work closely with auditors to ensure accurate and efficient audit processes.
- Reconcile accounts between Site accounts and Head Office
- Prepare timely settlements of advances received and submit to head office.
- Assist project manager/supervisor in discharging their duties.
- Assist in timely procurement of petty materials at site.
- Provide timely requirement sheet of materials to head office
- General supervision/management of the site.
