Qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject with at least one year of experience in a similar position.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Tally.
- Must possess a motorbike or scooter license.
Preferable: Knowledge of company registration process, account keeping, and company income tax filing and audit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vouchers based on the supporting documents.
- Handle Tax deductions and deposits.
- Handle banking transactions like cheque/cash deposition & withdrawal.
- Handle petty cash.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation.
- Recording of financial and administrative records as per the organizational policies.
- Prepare official letters, and documents as needed.
- Logistic management for meetings, workshops, trainings and other events.
- Support day-to-day office administrative duties.
- Perform other related duties as required.
