Qualification and competences:
- University degree in Business, Financial management (MBA/MBS) with 1 year of related work experiences or BBA/BBS with 3 Years of Experience in related field.
- Progressive responsibility in supporting Accounting, Finance, Administration and Grant Management functions.
- Full or part time professional qualifications in finance and accounting, for considered advantageous. Knowledge and experience to operate accounting software (especially FAMAS, TRUEBOOK Finance system).
- Knowledge of award, contract regulations, supply chain management and reporting requirements and /or other major donors advantageous.
- Experience in working in an international context, considered an advantage; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (including MS Work, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Internet is required; Fluency in written, oral English and Nepali is required; Any other widely spoken language in a priority region would be an asset.
