Location: Pokhara, Nepal
Employment Type: Contract, Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial input to the leadership team.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project-specific budgets
- Track and report expenses against approved budgets.
- Ensure compliance of financial transactions with donor agreements, government regulations, and UniCoN’s policies.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Oversee administrative operations to ensure office efficiency and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Professional qualification in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance and administration, preferably within an I/NGO.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and managing multi-donor-funded programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and financial software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
