  • Must have Microsoft application skills (words, excel, outlook).
  • Must have excellent command In English and Nepali (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Should have strong organizational and multitasking abilities.   
  • Should have highly skilled in customer services.
  • Should have effective team working skills.

 

Job Description:

  • Manage inquiries providing accurate information or directing them accordingly.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
  • Data entry and record keeping, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensuring coordination with staff and clients.
  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for important documents and records.
  • Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Assist in preparing reports.
  • Provide administrative support to different teams.
  • Support financial tasks such as processing invoices.

 

NOTES: Salary can be negotiated based on experience and skillset.
