Other Specification:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and have worked in an English-speaking environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in International Agency or 5 year experience in Administration in similar or higher role.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles particularly with international clients
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and e-correspondence.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for direct client/customer coordination & correspondence internationally
  • Proven experience in administrative roles particularly in e-correspondence in a most professional way and ensuring to provide immediate support through emails & telephone calls  
  • Responsible for providing complete administrative support to our national and international wings by maintaining and bridging communication relationships between international clients and organizations.  
  • Organize & maintain schedules, events/programs, travel/booking, accommodation and interview, recruitment & selection drives  
  • Upon the receipt of new demand need to share the same with the concerned departments
  • Responsible for maintaining respective admin records and sharing all the concerns for further processing
  • Responsible for maintaining complaint logs and forwarding them to the concern after complete verification
  • Ensuring effective & efficient administration of the full circle of recruitment, training & deployment process of selected candidates by coordinating with other department
  • Responsible for raising invoices to clients as advised and needed
  • Maintaining monthly reports including recruitment, deployment, repatriation, etc
  • Proven experience of being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time under pressure
  • Notable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can follow
  • Creating & presenting reports and memos for clients, managers, and management as needed
  • Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
  • Attend meetings and record notes and messages for clients, managers, and management
  • Responsible for office clerical duties and maintaining office correspondence
  • Liable for drafting documents, filing, and data entry, compiling documents, and sharing as per instruction. Check the documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity
  • Be responsible for proper storage of the documents, cataloging and retrieving as required
  • Be responsible for the document’s security, for assigning access, and for removing and destroying obsolete documents
  • Should be professionally Disciplined, SMART, Charming/Good Looking personality, Proactive, and physically & mentally Fit for duty
  • Performs all other duties & tasks as instructed by management or superiors.
