- Tertiary qualifications in building design, architecture, Interior design, Business or equivalent;
Tasks and responsibilities
- Liaising with clients, consultants and Councils
- Ensure all Contract documentation contains all relevant details
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work to tight deadlines;
- Ensuring all paperwork is documented and maintained
- Ensuring we meet and adhere to our contractual obligations, including variations and Extension of times where required.
- Exceptional organizational skills and
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Subcontractor management, including compiling the scope of works tender packages, negotiating contract prices and conditions, reviewing contractor quotes and preparing final contract documents.
Desirable
- Pre-site drawing amendments to ensure compliance with project requirements
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, estimating, quantity surveying, or contract administration is desirable.
- Sound technical knowledge and understanding of the Building Code of Australia and ResCode is desirable.
