- Minimum 2 years experience in similar or international recruitment agency, or 5 years in administration/management in similar or higher positions
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field (administration/management)
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, designing software (Photoshop), internet, email, and presentation skills
- Ability to use/operate standard office equipment (fax, phone/EPABX, copier/scanner)
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

Job Description:
- Responsible for direct client/customer coordination and answering calls professionally
- Provide E-correspondence support and immediate query assistance to clients/customers via emails
- Provide administrative & documentation support to national and international wings
- Maintain client schedules for programs/events, book accommodations and travel
- Share new demands with concerned departments for execution
- Maintain complaint logs and forward to respective clients after verification
- Ensure full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, hiring, training, immigration & labour clearance, departure & deployment, and repatriation of candidates
- Perform administrative & documentation work, assist accounts, and keep proper records
- Raise invoices for clients as needed
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment, medical, deployment, repatriation, visa, and travel reports
- Create and present reports and memos for clients, managers, and management
- Assist in organizing events, travel, and bookings
- Attend meetings and record notes & messages
- Perform office clerical duties and maintain office correspondence
- Draft documents, file, and enter data; compile and share documents as instructed
- Ensure proper storage, cataloging, and retrieval of relevant documents
- Maintain document security, confidentiality, and manage access.
