Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Check all the cashbooks, budgets and receipts from each project on a monthly basis
  • Assist staff with correct record keeping when needed
  • Ensure that projects do not go over budget
  • Assist with any paperwork needed for the projects, local authorities, children's paperwork
  • Provide ad hoc admin support as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with managing budgets, finance, record keeping
  • Strong communication skills in Nepali and English
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Passion for charity work
  • Flexibility.

 

Salary: Starting salary of 25,000Rs a month depending on experience.
