Responsibilities:
- Check all the cashbooks, budgets and receipts from each project on a monthly basis
- Assist staff with correct record keeping when needed
- Ensure that projects do not go over budget
- Assist with any paperwork needed for the projects, local authorities, children's paperwork
- Provide ad hoc admin support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience with managing budgets, finance, record keeping
- Strong communication skills in Nepali and English
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Passion for charity work
- Flexibility.
Salary: Starting salary of 25,000Rs a month depending on experience.
