Position Title: Administration and Logistics Assistant
Location: Nepalgunj, or Dhangadhi, or Butwal
Reports To: Regional Office Manager (Nepalgunj position) and Finance Officer (Dhangadhi and Butwal positions).
Education: Intermediate or 10+2 in Management, Business Administration, or relevant field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience: The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative work.
- I/NGO experience is strongly preferred; experience on donor-funded projects.
- Basic software skills in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written with fluency in both English and Nepali required.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under time pressure and willingness to travel to the field as needed.
- Cultural competence and experience in diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and environments.
