Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's email inbox, including sorting, prioritizing, and responding to messages as directed.
- Follow up on important tasks and deadlines, ensuring that the Director stays on track with key deliverables.
- Draft, edit, and translate letters, reports, and other documents in both English and Nepali as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Director.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is orderly and well-maintained.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the Director and office operations.
Job Specification:
Task Related Competencies
- Typing skills – English and Nepali.
- Must be fluent in English.
