As a mid-level position, the ideal candidate will have prior experience in both reception and administrative roles, with a strong understanding of office procedures and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing to the appropriate recipients
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a reception or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of SEO practices is a plus.
