Qualifications and experience: The Administration and Procurement Associate should have the following essential qualifications and experience;
Essential:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Minimum of two years’ relevant experience with specific knowledge of general accounting, voucher preparation and documentation
- Experience in managing and updating proper administrative records
- Proficient in application software such as the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with accounting software will be an advantage
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Nepali
- Must be a Nepali national.
