Eligibility: He/she should be a SEE or plus 2 graduate in any stream, preferably in business administration or management, with a minimum of two years of work experience in a similar position, ideally within a development or food service setting. Candidates with strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibility:
- As an administrative assistant, He/she is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the centralized kitchen located at Madhyapur Thimi serving mid-day meals to 3,000 students across 18 community schools. This includes managing office correspondence, organizing and planning for meetings, and assisting in the preparation of reports and documents related to kitchen operations.
- As a support staff member, He/she will maintain accurate records of inventory, staff attendance, and operational reports. He/she will assist in coordinating the procurement of supplies and equipment necessary for meal preparation and delivery, ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
- As a communication liaison, He/she will facilitate effective communication between the kitchen staff, management, and other stakeholders. This includes scheduling meetings, managing emails, and ensuring timely dissemination of important information across all teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- As a report compiler, He/she will help coordinate with the 18 schools and collect cheques and reports and preparing regular reports on operational performance, food safety, staff management, and resource utilization, submitting them to the Operation Manager. This includes tracking key performance indicators to ensure that kitchen activities align with program goals and quality standards.
