- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, education or related field ( Result waiting may be considered).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for online video platforms or similar systems.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to managing accurate records.
- Proficiency in MS office suite ( Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations.
- Ensure students have seamless access to all video lectures, providing necessary support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and video access reports.
- Liaise with students to address any queries related to video content, access issues, and system navigation.
- Counsel students about the entire CA qualification process, including the structure of the CA Course.
- Facilitate the registration of students into courses and programs, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes.
