Job Description:

  • Collect, verify, and organize client documents required for migration applications and family sponsorship processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assist clients in completing application forms and ensure all submissions meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and legal entities to process client applications.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies or missing information in documentation.
  • Provide timely updates to clients on the status of their applications.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data security in handling sensitive client information.
  • Manage the overall visa processing and college admission for students applying to Australia, Canada, UK, USA and NZ.
  • Coordinate with students and educational institutions.
  • Regularly inform students about their visa application status and address any concerns.
  • Ensure all documents are handled with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive records of all client documentation, including academic records, visa applications and correspondence.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Assist students/migrants with the preparation and submission of necessary documents for educational and visa applications.
  • Develop and implement efficient document control systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of documentation.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence and handling inquiries related to documentation.
  • Assist the Counselor with applications and documentation for college admission and visa processing.
  • Guide the students with visa interview preparation, medical and other necessary tasks for admission and visa processing.
  • Guide the students for pre-departure information.
  • Scanning the documents, naming documents and data entry information and documents into CRM system.
  • Support the branch manager in administrative tasks as needed.
