Job Description:
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, and phone calls.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, data entry, and database management.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and team members as needed.
- Processing of Supply requisitions for office premises.
- Proper maintenance, servicing and repair of all office assets and building.
- Maintaining daily vehicle logs.
- Maintain Employee records and HR documents.
