Key Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective parents with the admission process, including application procedures and program information.
- Conduct informational sessions, tours, and open houses.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up with prospective parents.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to attract and retain students.
- Participate in school fairs and events.
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective parents and their families.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or a related area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with the education industry is a plus.
