Job description:
- Responsible for Counseling students who come to the office intending for abroad study
- Establishing a relationship of trust with students
- Follow up with students via email and phone calls and documentation
- Handle entire procedures involve from enrollment to visa application
- Provide precise information to clients based on their strength and needs
- Assist students with visa application, documentation, and the regular follow-ups
- Interaction with University Delegate for student’s admissions needs
- Be updated with immigration rules and regulation of concerned countries
- Provide updated information, relevant presentation & internal training as per requirement
- Must be able to supervise entire procedures involve from enrollment to visa application
- Other duties as assigned by the concerned authority.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the student enrolment process and handle related documentation.
- Collaborate with prospective students and families, offering information about programs and services.
- Guide applicants through the application and enrollment steps.
Timing (Office Hours):
- 9:00 AM to 5: PM (8 Hours, Sun-Fri).
Requirements for this Position:
- Must have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- One year or above ( can apply fresher also)
- Also common sense and quick Decision maker.

- Ability to deal with complex information
- Research skills
- Prior experience under similar role will be an added advantage.
