  • Computer skills including Office Package and experience with CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Agentcis) preferred

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for universities and colleges throughout the admissions process.
  • Submit applications, follow-up for offer letters and assist in the admission process of students.
  • Stay updated with entry requirements and deadlines for colleges and universities.
  • Assist counsellors in completing application forms, submitting required documents, and meeting application deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing SOPs, booking appointments and other related tasks as assigned.
  • Evaluate applicants' qualifications and make recommendations regarding admission eligibility
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with universities and students in the database.
  • Participate in professional development activities and training sessions to enhance job-related skills and knowledge.
