Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a After Sales Executive.
- The After Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Day-to-day tasks associated with the role include but are not limited to, building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring timely delivery of services, ensuring client satisfaction, and upselling services to clients.

- Business Relationship Management, Account Management, and Client Relations skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Customer-service-oriented and problem-solver
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
- Experience in client-facing roles is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
