Experience Required: More than or equals to 2-year, Prior experience in Learning & Development/Training will be an advantage.
Education Required: Master’s degree or equivalent,
- Must be confident in delivering training and in public speaking.
- Must have good skill in Microsoft application.
- Must be comfortable with travel as per business need.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills in Nepali & English.
Main Responsibility:
- Performs various duties related with training and development.
- Provides administrative support to more senior training resources.
- Enter program data into tracking database.
- Maintains records of training activities ,Trainees’ progress and monitor programs.
- Prepare Training Reports on regular basis and share with stakeholders.
- Provide the best training possible, to develop a more productive Agency (field representative/leaders).
- Equips stakeholders of Distribution channels with fundamental insurance knowledge, practical competence, professional attitude and ethical behavior.
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders of Distribution channels to achieve company’s manpower & business objectives.
- Other assignments as required and advised by his/her Manager.
Compensation: As per Company policy.
