Qualifications | Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master Degree in Agricultural or Equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience in farm operations, crop management, or agricultural technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily farming activities, including sowing, irrigation, harvesting, and ensuring compliance with safety and agricultural standards
• Develop and implement strategies to improve crop yield and productivity, including assessing soli conditions and recommending suitable fertilizers and nutrients
• Monitor plant health, address diseases and deficiencies, and manage pesticide application schedules with a focus on safety and effectives
• Introduce and test innovative farming techniques and technologies to enhance
• Productivity while promoting sustainable practices and maintain detailed reports for management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making
• Promote sustainable farming practices to minimize environmental impact while adhering to government regulations and industry standards
• Frequent travel to Bhairahawa & Palpa.
