• Bachelor Degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, Bachelor in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
• Pleasing personality and ability to interact at a professional level.
• Solid understanding of electronic systems, circuitry, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with medical devices and diagnostic equipment is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to adapt to new environment quickly
• Basic computer knowledge, MS Office package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Possess 2 wheeler with valid driving license is must for this position
• Willing to travel to any part of Nepal whenever requires as per the demand.

Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot a wide range of healthcare equipment, including medical devices and other related systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration procedures on equipment to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer service requests, both on-site and remotely, to resolve technical issues and minimize equipment downtime.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Keep accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory of spare parts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during product demonstrations, installations, and customer training sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and product developments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide timely and comprehensive feedback to the service team regarding equipment performance, reliability, and customer requirements.
• Train nurses, OT people and other personnel on the proper use of equipment.
