- Proficient in Revit by Autodesk, with real-world experience from concept to construction.
- Work closely with an American firm led by a reputable entrepreneur with over one billion in real estate assets.
- Collaborate with offices in the USA, Thailand, and Nepal.
- Perform architectural take-offs using Revit during a 9am to 7pm shift.
- Follow regular communications and deadlines set by the Thailand office.
- Potential for travel to the USA and Thailand after years of proven performance and loyalty.

- Salary range: 50k to 70k Nepali rupees monthly, plus incentives.
- Collaborate with a Revit training company and a Harvard-educated Architect.
