Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3d Studio VIZ or similar).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with data center infrastructure management (DCIM) and best practices for energy efficiency in data centers.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
- Expertise: Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

- Detail-Oriented: Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
