Job Description:

• Technical Drawing Creation: Create detailed architectural and engineering drawings using CAD Software. Generate floor plans, elevations, sections, 3D models, renderings and other constructions documents to communicate design intent effectively.
• Change Order Management: Develop change order drawings and document changes accurately. Create costing sheets and cost comparison sheets with reference to the Bill of Quantities(BOQ) to track project variation and cost implications
• As-Built Drawing Development: Produce as-built drawings to document changes made during construction and ensure alignment with final project specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback and revisions into drawings as necessary.
• Quality Assurance: Review and verify the accuracy of drawings to ensure they align with project specification, municipality drawings, and industry standards . Identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies in drawing to maintain quality and integrity.
• Documentation Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specification , and correspondence. Ensure all drawings are properly labeled, documented and archived for future reference.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest trends, and technologies in drafting and architecture. Continuously improve skills and knowledge and CAD software and utilize new features to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Measurement Verification and Construction Monitoring: Verify bills and measurement to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Monitor construction quality and processes to ensure adherence to design specifications, and standards.
• Rendering and 3D Modelling: Produce high-quality renderings and 3D models to visualize design concepts and communicate ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
