Job Summary: The Area Mobilizer (AM) will be responsible for coordinating with Palika to conduct Palika levels of project Activities with the intensive of the Program Coordinator. The AM will act as the key focal person for the implementation of project activities. The AM will also be responsible for supporting the program Coordinator in implementing the project to achieve the project goal.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with local stakeholders and Palika to conduct field-level activities by ensuring a participatory approach.
• Act as a key person to conduct field-level activities.
• Coordinate with the community leaders, stakeholders, and local government representatives.
• Facilitate community meetings, advocacy activities, and awareness-raising activities
• Assist the Program Coordinator in preparing plans and progress reports of field activities and impacts, identifying challenges and updates as per the project requirements, and submitting them to donors.
• Fulfill any other assignments assigned by the supervisor.

Required Competencies and Capabilities:

• Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate with at least 2-3 years fieldwork experience in I/NGOs CBOs.
• Field-based coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
• Good Communication skills written and spoken.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Good in time management and ability to work under pressure.
