Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage dealer networks in the assigned area.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating with the inventory team.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and dealer development, especially in the field  of construction items sales like Iron, cement and WaterTanks and Pipes 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Driving License with Own Bike.
