Job Description
- Assisting, guiding and coaching team members to achieve their monthly sales targets.
- Exploring sales opportunities within the territory and preparing a details plan for sales & marketing.
- Conducting sales and operations meetings.
- Planning and executing necessary promotional activities throughout the market.
- Maintaining inventory for smooth operation of its own territory.
- Monitoring and analyzing competitor’s activities and reporting to the Supervisor.
- Collecting reports from team members, verifying, analyzing and then submitting complied and summarized report to the immediate supervisor on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of team members.
- To coach and conduct new product training to ISPs/ TLs/TSMs employees as per needed.
- To participate training season for new products.
- Conducting meeting with the Regional Distributor and Retails when required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing (home appliances or mobile fields)
- Bachelor running or completed
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
