Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage and motivate a team of TSOs & SMEs.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
- Able to setup team and new Distribution networks.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in Management
- Minimum 4 years in similar role in FMCG industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Province 1 and 2 markets.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Team player with the ability to lead and inspire the team.
- Good personality and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- Proactive in upgrading the team’s capabilities.
- Very good command in MS Excel & other office packages.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler license.
