Responsibilities:
- Receiving, storing, issuing the goods, managing the stock levels, and giving out the supplies from the stock.
- Ensure all inventory & assets related data are fed into the ERP system.
- Responsible for managing and organizing the company’s inventory and stock.
- Monitoring inventory levels and tracking the movement of goods in and out of the company’s facilities.
- Work on the monthly report of slow-moving stock & fast-moving stock
- Stick asset tagging and identification numbers on the newly arrived fixed assets and at the time of issuing of assets
- Ensure all assets are recorded and coded
- Work as a focal person for Assets & Inventory reports submitted to Audit
- Monitor and review the allocation of assets in accordance with the relevant stakeholders
- Oversee the procurement and disposition of surplus assets but not limited to the disposition of inactive and obsolete assets by tracking inventory, costs, movement, and disposition
- Reviews asset information, such as warranties, manufacturer warranties, maintenance, and service agreements, and regulatory compliance
- Act as a focal person for managing the maintenance of all physical assets of the entire organization
- Maintain a record of receipts as well as the issuance of goods that are going out of the organization to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conduct periodic physical verification of the inventory & assets of the organization
- Maintains storage area by organizing space.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Inventory
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or any other related technical discipline.
