Must have:
- Educational: At least +2 degree
- Experience: At least two years work experience in related field
- Skills and abilities: Ability to manage and care for teenage girls, work collaboratively and independently with at least supervision required. Preference will be given to the candidate who has caregiving and counselling experience.
- Language: A good communicator, and fluent in English and Nepali.
