Position Summary:
Assistant Brand Manager should have experience on product development in an FMCG or a similar industry. Assistant Brand Manager should be able to develop marketing campaigns and handle its budgeting which shall help execute the campaigns properly. The manager should have the ability to work on a cross functional team and build relationship with vendor and advertisement agencies.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details):
- Analyzing the industry, assessing the market environment and conducting market feasibility analysis to build concepts for new products
- Preparing schedule, strategy and plans for new products and launch plans
- Organizing and executing ATL,BTL,TTL activities for product launch and promotions and reviewing the effectiveness
- Developing ideas for new products, preparing specifications for the product and communicating it to the production department
- Managing vendors and maintain good relationship with media, advertisement and research agencies
- Working in a cross functional team and mentoring subordinates.
