Booking and Reservation
- Coordinate arrival and departure of all guests.
- Monitor all guest related activities
- Work closely with the Sales team on various bookings, rate confirmation and packages.
- Keep track of all reservations and update all details in PMS as well as calendar
- Check OTA performances. Suggest and develop seasonal packages with the Sales Team.
- Maintain all guest related documentations.
Customer Satisfaction
- Handle any guest complaints or contentious issues and provide solutions
- Maintain Personalized Guest Relations
- Check all online reviews and respond accordingly.
Financial Performance
- Prepare monthly and daily revenue report
- Prepare Room revenue and occupancy forecast
- Prepare Budget for upcoming Year / Month.
Leadership
- Manage and motivate the FO team in order to provide a high standard of service for customers.
- Ensure grooming and hygiene standard of the FO personnel
- Provide Trainings to Employees
- Recruitment of new team members for front office.
General
- Showing Initiative, Problem Solving, Staff Training, Team Leading.
- Have a good knowledge of all systems and standard operating procedures of front office.
- Attend seminars and travel fares on behalf of the organization.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
